Core Sculpt
Core Sculpt is a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body increasing strength and improving your definition while working muscular endurance. Core Sculpt incorporates balance, strength and flexibility using small equipment not limited to free-weight stability balls, BOSU, foam rollers, bands and you! All fitness levels welcome.

Core Sculpt is a free-weight functional training circuit class. An exciting and fun hour packed full of exercises that keep you moving throughout the room, burning calories and building strength. It is a perfect class for all fitness levels as all the exercises can be modified to your ability. The focus is on working the entire body for a tone and sculpted result.
