Perfect for all levels, for 2 hours you'll open your Yoga practice with a series of backbends and hip openers. This workshop is also a perfect introduction to our Vinyasa Yoga class, an endurance-building flow style inspired by Yoga Master Barron Baptiste. This non-heated workshop focuses on hip-opening poses and spinal extension in order to dissolve discomfort in the lower back and sciatic nerve, open the muscles around the heart and improve blood flow to the entire body creating greater overall agility and freedom of movement.
